Rule 1 : Comply with local laws and ethical standards

• Contribute to the national development and fulfill responsibilities and duties as a corporate citizen by creating employment and unfailing payment of taxes.

• Respect market order, observe laws and pursue competition in good faith fair and square through the quality of products and services.

• Make the best efforts to raise the quality of life for local community such as pollution prevention and environmental improvement activities.

• Share profits with local community and contribute to the nation's economy.

• Compete freely and fairly at all its business, abiding by relevant international standards, national and local laws.

• Make effort to refrain from entering into a business relationship with customers/partners with uncertain identity, and will not participate nor cooperate with illegal, false, or irregular transactions.

• Protect information relating to individuals, customers, or business partners. Howmuch will ensure that the means for obtaining such information and its use comply with national and local laws. Howmuch Company will not disclose such information to third parties.

Rule 2 : Respect dignity and diversity of employees

• Respect the human rights of all employees with no tolerance for discrimination and harassment against individual race, color, creed, national origin, gender, age, citizenship, religion, regional background, physical disability, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.

• Ensure working time of each employee will be in accordance with national and local laws.

• Ensure our business management will not engage in abusive behavior or assign non-work-related duties upon employees. Howmuch has zero tolerance for any type of behavior that may offend or cause unpleasantness to other employees.

• Seek to maintain and develop a cooperative relationship between management and employees, based on law, business ethics and mutual respect.

• Offer equal opportunities to all employees and treat them justly based on their ability and achievement.

• Support and encourage self development and creativity of the employee.

Rule 3 : Take responsibilities towards our customers and business partners

• Always listen carefully to the various opinions of customers and business partners and put priority on their satisfaction in business activities.

• Respond kindly and promptly to requirements and reasonable demands of customers and business partners.

• Provide customers with accurate and sufficient information to enhance the reliability of our products and services.

• Do not leak personal information of customers or partners to others or use it for other purposes than authorization and trading on Howmuch without prior approval.

• Ensure to check quality and safety of all the products and services listed on Howmuch.

• Provide active support to all business partners with equal opportunities so that all partners can participate in fair competitiveness to promote their products and services on our Trading Platform without any discrimination.

• Actively bring the profits to our business partners through transparent and timely payment process.

• Comply with commercial laws and fair trade laws along with respecting business culture on our Trading Platform.

Rule 4 : Care for the environment and local communities

• Pursue environment friendly management and do our best to perform environmental improvement activities.

• Actively attempt to refrain harmful products and information on our Trading Platform for the benefit of the environment and local communities.

• Sincerely execute our basic responsibilities as a socially responsible corporate citizen by complying within laws and contributing to social welfare.

• Endeavor to create stable employment and to faithfully fulfill its tax and contribute to the development of local economy.

• Encourage employees to ethically and consciously carry out their personal duties and responsibilities.

• Respect the social and cultural values of the local communities, and contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of local residents.
