Howmuch will deliver orders only within Vietnam and the areas that our Delivery Partner support delivery service. Depending on type of items, the order will be delivered to users by different methods like sending codes via SMS/email or mailing. In case you want to change your phone number, email address or shipping address after placing an order, please contact Howmuch Customer Service Center as soon as possible. We will assist you to change shipping information before your order is sent. When your order is already sent, we will not hold any responsibility if you can not receive your item. In an order that has items from different Sales Partner, the order will be delivered in different packages at different time. Items that are bulky, heavy, items are delivered by our Sales Partner and items in Flash delivery category may have restricted shipping area.
User can cancel order before the order status changes to “Ready”. “Ready” status means items are already packed and delivery man is on the way to pick up. If the order status has changed to “Ready”, user can only cancel by refusing to receive items but user has to pay for delivery fee and return fee. User can request to return & refund within 7 days after the date of receipt in accordance with Howmuch’s Return Policy.
